Postgraduate Studies at Maynooth University
At Maynooth it is the individual that matters. For postgraduate studies, our small class sizes and one-to-one guidance from senior lecturers and global researchers will challenge and inspire students. Our taught masters programmes are designed to foster and deepen our students’ knowledge and skills in a specific subject area at postgraduate level. Our programmes offer students the opportunity to specialise in an area of interest closely aligned to their undergraduate degree or current career path, or to expand their skills and knowledge to develop their career path in a new direction. We offer a wide range of taught masters qualifications including Master of Arts, Master of Science, Master of Social Science, LLM, Master of Education and Professional Master of Education.
In addition, at Maynooth University, we offer a range of conversion courses, enabling you to move into a new area of study via a conversion Master’s programme. These popular programmes offer Level 8 Bachelor degree holders (or equivalent) a ‘no experience necessary’ path into a new field of expertise.
