On Campus Accommodation

The Student Residences welcomes all eligible full-timeĀ registered students with confirmed academic places at Maynooth University during the academic year. There are just under 1200 student rooms arranged into apartments and all are situated in the North Campus Residential Zone - minutes walk from lecture theatres, the library and labs. We have 24/7 campus security to provide safety for all students. The apartments have a reception with laundry facilities and your own mailbox. The apartments contain fully equipped kitchens.

The on-campus residences contain four apartment complexes: the River Apartments, the Village Apartments, Rye Hall and the Courtyard Apartments.

The River Apartments is an 111 apartment complex on the North Campus in 15 halls of residence. It contains 538 bedrooms with single bed study rooms with an En-suite bathroom.

The Village Halls of Residence is a 48 apartment complex on the North Campus offering 240 beds in four halls of residence, Riordan, Leavey, Mullin and Hargadon. Each apartment consists of five single bed study rooms with two bathrooms shared between 5 residents.

Rye Hall is a 20 apartment complex on the North Campus arranged in three halls, in a mixture of three and four bedrooms. There are 4 ensuite rooms located in Rye Hall. Each apartment consists of three orĀ Four single bed study rooms with two bathrooms shared.

The Courtyard is divided into three buildings named Courtyard 1, Courtyard 2 and Courtyard 3. The Rooms are all single study rooms with en-suite bathrooms in each. There are 6 wheelchair accessible Apartments on the ground floor.

Off-Campus Accommodation
